Stones End Day Centre

We are a friendly, diverse and accessible day centre for vulnerable older people in Southwark. We hope you can donate some gifts, it will make for a brighter Christmas for our senior members who are mostly isolated in their homes.

This is part of the Gift Back with Team London Bridge campaign which takes place every year, helping London Bridge businesses and professionals donate gifts to neighbouring charities.
